ⓔノート10-12-2　腺様囊胞癌/粘表皮癌 (低悪性度腫瘍)

　腺様囊胞癌は唾液腺や気管支腺などの分泌腺から発生する比較的まれな悪性腫瘍であり，肺悪性腫瘍の0.1～0.2％とされる1,2)．40～60歳代に多く，やや女性に多い．腫瘍の発育は緩徐で長い経過をたどる．粘表皮癌は肺悪性腫瘍の1％未満というまれな腫瘍であり2,3)，扁平上皮細胞，粘液産生細胞および両者の中間型の細胞から構成された悪性上皮性腫瘍であり，7割は低悪性度とされている4)．
