　IRMA (renal insufficiency and cancer medications) 試験は，フランスの約5000人の患者を対象とした観察研究である．この研究の結果，固形がん患者集団において腎機能障害が高頻度で認められること，処方された抗がん薬のうち約半数が腎機能障害のため用量調節が必要であったことが示された1)．
