ⓔノート13-25-3　病態についての最近の進展

　最近はTh2細胞においてもサブグループの存在が明らかになり，多量のサイトカインや成長因子を産生し疾患の発症，維持に関与するいわゆる病原性Th2細胞のアレルギー性鼻炎における作用も注目されている1)．また，アレルゲン特異的な制御性T細胞はむしろアレルギー性鼻炎患者末梢血中では減少が報告され，病態への関与が示唆されているが2)，病態については依然議論が多い．Group2 innate lymphoid cellsなど自然免疫の発症，病態維持への関与についても不明な点が多い．
