ⓔノート18-6-10　MSA臨床亜型の人種差

　欧米人においてはMSA–Cが28～38％，MSA–Pが62～72％と報告があり1–3)，日本人と欧米人で両者の頻度は大きく異なり逆転している．よって臨床亜型を規定するMSAの病態については人種差が存在することが想定される．
